Can I have a Linksys SIP-PBX with a Cisco VoIP phone? In addition, all providers of services should be supported? I live in Honolulu, Hawaii, which really make a difference.

Their PBX had nothing to do with your Internet service. You can use the telecommunications system to link to their teams, but the telephone and Internet connections are disconnected.
