How do I finish puzzle 16 on Virtual Villagers 3: The Secret City? - puzzle city
I opened the door to the secret room of Sun Dial, and I have my village in ghosts. He revealed the secret of the island, but if you say to puzzle that 16 years had not yet finished. Anyone else had this problem?

Puzzle 16 - The Sun Dial
You need to have loosened Puzzles 13, 14 and 15 If all three keys are in the door
Rooms sundial will be unveiled. Drop a villager on the sun-dial to reach the position
far left (there are three points to) the sundial. When a ray of sunlight hits the
Sun dial, ghostly figures that appear in the room. Drop a villager and spirits
Mystery of the city will reveal secret! Note: I had to do a couple of times before
